Owning and sailing a wooden vessel is a treat, a privilege.

Freja is not a demanding lady. She requires love and tender care, but that is all. We paint her, oil her, keep her clean, try to keep everything below deck in a defined place, and tidy her first of all when coming into a port or an anchorage.

Sailing Freja on two can be exciting. But most of the time she treats us well - as long as we do one thing at a time in a sensible manner.

Coming into a port or an anchorage with Freja can be an adventure. Bystanders will approach us, ask us questions, invite us to local events or even into their homes; thus making our cruise something to value, to treasure for years to come.
